The company "Diasoft" announced on February 6, 2020 implementing solution on automation business processes of voluntary medical insurance – Diasoft Insurance Medical in GSC "Yugoriya JSC.
Transition to an automated system of Diasoft Insurance Medical allowed Yugoriya GSC to optimize labor input of processing of requests, to provide scalability of business of the company on VHI and to create unified information environment for the conclusion and support of agreements VHI. As a result of implementation administrative expenses were cut down for 15-20%. Speed of technical expertize increased by 6 times, and the speed of settlement of losses by 4 times.
Before the project for the organization of work with VHI of Yugoriya used products Excel and 1C. Increase in number of clients required more and more time for processing of agreements VHI and interaction with the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF). The command was faced by a task in short terms to implement the Diasoft Insurance Medical software product and to optimize costs on IT infrastructure. The decision to use Open Source was made – open source: distribution kit CentOS and DBMS PostgreSQL.
In a project deliverable the system ensuring functioning on agreements VHI, interaction with health facilities and the insured persons, accounting and storage of the customer base, agreements, programs of service, conditions, clinics was implemented. Automation of financial activities and accounting records, including settlement with health facilities is also provided. A system allows to process, store and analyze addresses of the insured persons, medical institutions and administrators of agreements VHI concerning the organization of medical care for the VHI programs. The solution also gives the chance to carry out expertize of accounts of health facilities.
Considering success of the project, Yugoriya GSC considers development of the implemented system, in particular development of a supervisory console, personal account of the insured persons and the HR manager's office.
