NORBIT implemented the system of budget accounting based on 1C: Holding Management at the Tolmachevo airport

2020: Automation of budget accounting

The NORBIT (enters into LANIT group) automated budget accounting at the Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport entering into the Russian holding "Novaport". The 1C Platform with the Management of Holding configuration is the cornerstone of the implemented solution. A system will allow to organize processes of preparation of the reporting, formation and execution of budgets and also to increase transparency and effective management of the company. Earlier in the company this, necessary for costs planning, were fixed in files of Excel that complicated process of data of the budget. At the airport the need for improvement of processes of consolidation of the budget and ordering of its approval ripened.

The budget model based on "1C: Holding Management" is constructed on methodology of budgeting and technical specifications, the created specialists of the customer and modifed business consultants of NORBIT. In a system tools for collecting of planned targets of budgets are configured and procedures of planning are optimized.

For creation of a budgeting system the functionality of the 1C: Holding Management system – "Multiperiod forms" is used. During the project integration into the 1C: Accounting system is carried out.

We calculate that process automation of budgeting will allow us to increase efficiency of creation of budgets and collecting of actual data, will give the chance to make the summary reporting under results of planning and to analyze rejections of planned and actual data, told Konstantin Furyaev, the chief financial officer of JSC Tolmachevo Airport

Creation of a full-fledged budgeting system based on "1C: Holding Management" is among large projects of NORBIT where we integrated the competences and of methodology of processes, and of process automation.
