2020: The announcement of implementation of sensors of filling of garbage containers in the Belgorod region

On February 20, 2020 the Centre Ekologicheskoy Bezopasnosti LLC Belgorodskoy company of the region reported that until the end of 2021 it will install in the region 11.5 thousand sensors for measurement of level of fullness of garbage containers with separate collecting of waste within implementation in the region of a grant of the Russian fund of information technology development "System implementation of digital control and optimization of export of waste". All sensors will be connected to the ACS Waste management developed by the Russian IT company the Big Three. At the same time the first 100 sensors will be installed in the Belgorod region till March 31, 2020.

How often on the container platform at your house does the garbage fall out of containers? Or a reverse situation — the tank was filled only to a half, and it is taken away by the garbage truck. In the first case the company carrier exports garbage too seldom, both dirt and a bad smell from the platform disturbs inhabitants, and in the second — is too frequent therefore incurs excess transportation costs, without speaking already about air pollution and emissions of CO2. In both cases the problem can be solved if to install the sensors of filling of containers developed by the Big Three. Information on the level of fullness of a container will be transferred to the person on duty in real time. Proceeding from it our software lays and optimizes routes of the movement of garbage trucks. As a result garbage platforms will be more net, and machines will not make a single run. According to the company, the Russian fund of information technology development announced on December 25, 2019 one of winners of competition of grants on implementation of domestic "end-to-end" technologies of Centre Ekologicheskoy Bezopasnosti LLC of the Belgorod region which uses products and solutions of the Big Three. The company won a grant on project implementation "System implementation of digital control and optimization of export of waste" within which it should organize operating control behind activity in the field of the address with waste in real time due to end-to-end automation. The company the Big Three – Waste management ACS developer to which sensors of fullness of containers will be connected became the supplier and integrator of digital solutions within a grant. Installation of sensors will take place in several stages, so till March 31 of this year the first 100 sensors will be mounted, installation sites for them will be selected by the Belgorod regional operator. Collecting and information analysis from sensors of fullness will allow to optimize and redistribute containers on platforms. The first such analysis will be carried out until the end of June, 2020, then in a year, – until the end of June, 2021, - and, at last, in December, 2021.

Within implementation of a grant of Centre Ekologicheskoy Bezopasnosti LLC of the Belgorod region also, for example, one of modules of a HSS to CASS Waste management and mobile application for drivers of garbage trucks will use other solutions of the Big Three.
