Big Three Waste management of a HSS to CASS

The HSS to CASS Waste management (A hardware and software system an integrated automated control system Waste management) covers the address industry with waste in scales of the whole region and meets needs of all its participants. In a basis of a settlement core the mathematical model of own development allowing to estimate any number of events taking into account hundreds of economic and technical factors is put. The AIS "Regional Inventory of Waste" is the tool for collecting and data processing about otkhodoobrazovatel (MCD, private housing construction, legal entities) and, at the same time, the instrument of control of performance of the legislation in the field of the address with waste. In a system otkhodoobrazovatel, operators of the industry according to the address work with waste and representatives of the public authorities controlling submission of the reporting. Everything is most automated, beginning from filling of forms, and finishing with exposure of penalties for the revealed violations of the law. Thanks to work in a system the region in each timepoint has relevant, complete and correct to data on the address with waste in the territory.

The AIS "Editor of Territorial Schemes" is the tool for development of electronic models of the territorial schemes of the address with waste meeting requirements of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2017 No. 503-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Industrial and Consumption Waste" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" and the List of orders of the Russian President of November 15, 2017 No. Pr-2319. A system can consider information on each house, each garbage container, each garbage truck, all polygons, overloads, sortings, the waste burning plants in the whole region. The mathematical model shows how it is necessary to lay traffic routes to collect garbage quicker and the cheapest way how to load infrastructure facilities that they worked longer where to build objects and when such need arises. Calculations are conducted for the decades ahead, in them all available factors are put: economic, social, ecological, space logistic.

The ACS Waste management is the tool for support of business processes of the regional operator according to the address with waste. Covers all its activity, from signing of the contracts with all otkhodoobrazovatel of the region, before distribution of daily dresses on garbage removal to drivers.
