Users of e-document flow "Energy industry Bidding" received direct roaming with "Diadoc"

On February 27, 2020 it became known that the service electronic document management trade of the platform "Energy industry Bidding", working based on the solution "DiState: Operator of e-document flow", received expansion of functionality — now users can exchange electronic documents not only in TEK-Torg e-document flow service, but also with partners from a system "Diadoc".

At the end of 2018 "Energy industry Bidding" started the EDO own service on solution bases "DiState: The operator of e-document flow" for users of electronic marketplace. Bidders had an opportunity to process all necessary documents for the conclusion of the transaction in an electronic format, including legally significant: universal transfer documents, including adjustment, TORG-12, invoices, acts, delivery notes, agreements and any other unformalized documents, including the scan images, drawings and drawings.

Since February, 2020 users can send and receive directly legally significant electronic documents from partners from the Diadoc system in a personal account of e-document flow "Energy industry Bidding". It is worth creating, signing and sending the roaming document as much how many the document in service. Especially as it does not require additional actions and expenses from users. The less will be barriers between participants of electronic document management, the more companies will want to join. Meanwhile this process is slowed down by manual adjustment of roaming, but there was already an opportunity to configure it automatically.
