Software solutions of DiState allow clients to organize own platform of legally significant document flow without costs for software development for workflow automation. The products DiState are a drawing software solution which is established on servers of the customer and functions without direct participation of DiState in its work.

All products DiState have the following features:

• the legal importance of the entering and outgoing documents,
• handshake of UPD and invoices according to standards of FTS,
• control of data on the party of the customer,
• scalability of a system,
• customization of the interface,
• development of additional functions at the request of the customer,
• integration with internal and external information systems.

The solutions DiState are scaled and therefore are relevant as for the companies with several distributed branches, and for the small organizations. In a system can work, create and approve documents at the same time several divisions and branches.

Electronic document management allows the companies to cut down expenses on paper, courier and mail services. DiState allows to exchange one - and multilateral documents in a system:

• Accounting documents: acts, delivery notes, accounts, commodity-transport delivery notes and so forth.
• Economic documents: letters, agreements, agreements, requests, claims and so forth.
