2020: Implementation of the program robot

The Croc announced on July 16, 2020 implementation of the program robot in JSC Petersburg Sales Company.

On the basis of technical specifications of JSC Petersburg Sales Company the CROC IT company implemented the robot on submission of statements of claim through the My Arbitrator system. The solution is implemented on the Robin RPA platform.

During the project experts of CROC and Robin integrated the RPA solution according to requirements of the customer, carried out primary robotization of all process, trained the staff of the company in interaction with the program robot and brought it into operation. The project became pilot on the direction of business process automation of the company based on RPA solutions.

According to a recent research of EY, the pandemic motivated 36% of top managers to accelerate processes of automation in the companies. And RPA allows to make it quickly, without need to rebuild IT infrastructure, ERP or the Customer Relationship Management System. What is even more important, RPA helps to reduce costs on maintenance of business processes of the company, having at the same time increased their quality and speed of accomplishment, – Roman Sarychev, the director of work with corporate customers of CROC IT company noted.

The program ROBIN robot itself looks for target data in folders and registers, analyzes documents, fills out all necessary information and transfers it to a certain folder on the computer.

Robots became especially relevant in the conditions of a pandemic and remote work, reply to the request on acceleration of business process automation in a situation of 'a black swan'.
