EMERCOM of Russia

In the period from 1989 to 2010. served in senior positions in the units of the Central Command Post and 328 reserve control posts of the Russian Emergencies Ministry. He went from an engineer of the radio receiver department of the communications center of the Central Command Post to the commander of the 169 telecommunications center 328 of the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia.

In 1995, he performed official duties as part of the territorial administration of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in the Chechen Republic. In 2008, he carried out tasks to ensure the safety and protection of citizens of the Russian Federation living in South Ossetia.
