Biography

Was born on September 15, 1965 in Sverdlovsk of the Luhansk region (Ukraine).

1993: State fire service of Magadan

From 1993 to 2003 served at different positions in divisions of the public fire service of Magadan.

2003: State fire service of Irkutsk

From 2003 to 2006 served in divisions of the public fire service of Irkutsk, from October, 2003 to April, 2004 headed fire brigade No. 5 of Irkutsk.

2006: Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia of the Irkutsk region

In May, 2006 it is appointed the head of department of service and preparation of Management of the organization of fire extinguishing of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Irkutsk region.

In June, 2008 it is appointed to the position of the deputy chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Irkutsk region (on GPS).

In June, 2013 it is appointed to the position of the first deputy chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Irkutsk region.

In March, 2014 it is appointed the chief of General Directorate of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia across the Irkutsk region.

2019: Emercom of Russia

Since October 16, 2019 the Officer-in-Charge of Head department of fire protection of Emercom of Russia is appointed.

Awards

For high professionalism and personal courage the Decree of the Russian President of 12/25/2014 No. 809 it is awarded with the state award the medal "For Courage" and also 11 departmental distinctions and a distinction of the Irkutsk region.

Repeatedly took part in mitigation of consequences of emergencies:

• in 2006 in mitigation of consequences of crash of the airbus A-310 in Irkutsk;
• in 2007 in suppression of major fire in production warehouses in Irkutsk;
• in 2010 in fire extinguishing in the process building on production of aluminum powder in Shelekhovo of the Irkutsk region;
• in 2012 in fire extinguishing in the reservoir with oil products in Angarsk and in the cable mine of combined heat and power plant - 11 to Usolye-Sibirskoye of the Irkutsk region;
• in 2013 in the organization of search and rescue works at the crash of the Mi-8 helicopter in Katangsky district of the Irkutsk region, the leadership in fire extinguishing in reservoirs of an oil storage of Angarsk of the Irkutsk region;
• in 2013 in the organization of search and rescue works at the crash of the Mi-8 helicopter of airline Angara in 6 km from the settlement of Preobrazhenka of Katangsky district of the Irkutsk region;
• in 2016 in the organization of search and rescue works at air crash of SILT-76 of Emercom of Russia which was injured plane crash at accomplishment of a fighting task of suppression of the natural fires in Kachugsky district of the Irkutsk region;
• in 2019 directed works on mitigation of consequences of the summer flood which covered 11 areas of the Irkutsk region.
