Biography
Alexander Chemin was born on August 22, 1972. He graduated from the Nakhimov Naval School, Krasnodar Higher Military School, Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, Department of Information Warfare of the Military Academy of the General Staff.
Since 1993, he served in the Navy, Russia where he went from the flagship specialist of operational-tactical formations to the head of the group and deputy head of the department for organizing the regime, encryption work and information security of the Navy. In these positions, Alexander Chemin led the implementation of complex systems information protection with a large share of custom development and integration, has experience in coordinating work and managing scientific teams. He completed military service with the rank of captain of the 1st rank.
Alexander is a candidate of technical sciences in the field of information security, has 20 years of experience in this area in the Russian Navy and information security companies.
Since March 2010 - Head of the Scientific and Methodological Department, which is engaged in the creation of information protection systems at Kabest. Scientific and technical activity is one of the most promising and fast-growing areas of Kabest. In 2009, research, development, design and experimental work accounted for 70% of the total volume of Kabest's main activities. Further development of the company required the creation of a single center that will coordinate the management of knowledge-intensive projects. To this end, a scientific and methodological department was created in Kabest.
The area of activity of the department was the integration of security systems into customer IT platforms in accordance with the PDCA model of the formed infrastructure. One of the priority areas of the scientific and methodological department was the implementation of R&D by public sector customers. In particular, we are talking about innovations that are used in security systems of the latest models of combat weapons and state automated systems.
