Biography

Was born in 1972 in Sverdlovsk region.

In 1994 graduated from geographical faculty of the Tyumen state university (specialty "Geography").

From 1994 to 2007 worked at the Tyumen state university, having passed a way from the assistant to the deputy Dekan of higher education institution.

2007: TGAKI

From 2007 to 2016 - the vice rector for scientific and innovation work of Tyumen State Academy of Culture, Arts and Social Technologies.

2016: Return in TyumGU

From 2016 to 2018 - the head of the laboratory of ecological design of scientific research institute of ecology and rational use of natural resources of the Tyumen state university.

2018: Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation

Since August, 2018 - the associate director of Department of state policy and regulation in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

Since February, 2019 worked as the associate director of Department of state policy and regulation in the field of handling of industrial and consumption waste - the head of department of the state infrastructure projects in the field of industrial and consumption waste of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

In April, 2019 it is appointed the director of the department of state policy and regulation in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.
