2020: Start of a management system for a cleaning
On February 27, 2020 the RH Group company announced start of the product EasyWC — management systems for a cleaning. The solution allows the servicing company is automated to control existence of supplies in any dispensers, to plan working schedules and a priority of tasks of personnel and also to receive a feedback about problems or quality of cleaning from visitors.
According to the company, on dispensers with soap, toilet paper, towels and other supplies wireless independent sensors which fix the volume of account means are installed. If they come to an end, the cleaning manager arrives a signal of need of their replenishment. Also in premises tablets using which visitors can announce problems are placed and estimate quality of service.
The solution is intended for business centers, shopping centers and other objects of a commercial real estate. It allows to optimize operating time and the number of employees of the servicing company on an object, to minimize theft of supplies by personnel and also to increase loyalty of visitors of an object.
The pilot of EasyWC was started in business center "Technopolice" in St. Petersburg together with service company SOL (services a real estate in Finland, Russia and other countries). For short term the solution allowed to reduce the number of complaints to zero and also to increase loyalty of employees and visitors to administration of business center and the servicing company. It is confirmed by a number of the letters of acknowledgement received in the first months of testing.
The servicing service companies have a big headache — the personnel work not optimum, can not always follow existence of supplies and timely clean up premises. Our product solves this problem.
