That "Ruskholts" conducts negotiations on sale of the IT assets in September, 2020 Vedomosti was told by the person close to one of their parties. Negotiations are conducted with large foreign retailers and equipment manufacturers for hotel and restaurant business, the person familiar with top management of Ruskholts confirms. In particular, the issue of purchase of Ruskholtsa technologies was actively discussed with representatives of the American retailer Walmart, he claims. The person familiar with managers of several Russian IT developer also heard about negotiations with Walmart.
