Implementation of Smart DocumentReader

On March 3, 2020 Smart Engines reported that the Center of financial technologies BASIS (CFT BASIS) presenting complete digital solutions in the field of mortgage lending started service of automation of data entry of references in form 2-NDFL. The solution allows to reduce considerably risks of wrong data entry and by 2.5 times to accelerate processing of client documents.

The feature of service consists in use of synergy of automatic algorithms of recognition and manual document handling that finally guarantees quality of the taken information at the level of 99.9%. The Smart DocumentReader technology developed by Smart Engines company is responsible for an automatic part of service, and process of verification and typification of documents is based on own solution of CFT BASIS - BASIS. Documents.

Data of the reference in form 2-NDFL (the white paper about the income of citizens and withheld from this income of tax deductions) are used by banks, builders, real estate agencies and loan brokers for assessment of borrowers at a design of mortgage loans and tax deductions. The Smart DocumentReader technology allows to automate data entry from form 2-NDFL in photos and scans in mobile applications and the Internet services.

Smart DocumentReader allows to detect and take from the 2-PIT statement up to several hundred attributes, including all data of a table part, including at its placement on 2 pages. The applied algorithms of computationally effective visual memory allow to correct projective distortions and to try to obtain high-quality recognition even in the pictures taken by users at different lighting.

Implementation of Smart IDReader

On February 20, 2019 the Smart Engines company reported that the Center of financial technologies BASIS (CFT BASIS) implemented a sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader. On its base the technical solution allowing to process the entering flow of client documents is implemented.

The implemented technical solution allows to distinguish automatically passport details of the Russian Federation and other documents on the images loaded at execution of requests for mortgage products. Smart IDReader allows to process photos and the scanned copies of documents. The recognized data are used on the next stages of processing of a document package in solutions of CFT BASIS for mortgage lending.

For use we selected a sensing technology of the documents Smart IDReader from our products. The quality and speed of work were the main criteria.
