On March 4, 2020 the Corus Consulting reported that he in technology partnership with Microsoft implemented the CRM system for the supplier of the climatic Bosch Thermotechnik equipment. In a system on a cloud platform of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online the single database of clients is created that allows to work with data of partners and appeals to contact center quicker.

In process of business development of Bosch Thermotechnik, opening of regional branches and growth of number of customers the company had a need for a customer relationship management system. As the CRM system it was selected by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online, and the contractor of the project – Corus Consulting, one of the leading Microsoft partners.

All interrelations of parent organizations and outlets are reflected in the created cloud CRM system. Besides, work of sales representatives is automated and the possibility of planning of their activities is configured. For this purpose specialists of Corus Consulting executed primary migration of partners of ERP and personal files of exit employees with parallel enrichment of a card of the client data through DaData service and also configured standardization of the addresses. Also within the first stage mobile version of the CRM system is developed for work of sales representatives with clients "in fields".

Thanks to a flexible implementation methodology and also specifics of a cloud CRM system of Microsoft, sales managers began work in it in a month after start of the project. The synergy from use of several modules allowed to configure optimum systems capabilities under tasks of the company. Now managers always have data access about clients, and top managers – to relevant reports and analytics that allowed to make sales process transparent more precisely to estimate the capacity of each region of presence,

Specialists of Corus Consulting provided primary user training to work in CRM, and then started its development and setup. Call center operators of Bosch Thermotechnik company got access to CRM: in a system for them automatic routing of addresses depending on the arriving requests is configured. Also in CRM there began work the department of service maintenance: specialists of department can work with cards of clients and fix work requests. Sales managers conduct now in CRM work with partners, from assessment of capacity of outlet of the client before formation of the commercial offer too.

Thanks to it process of interaction of Bosch Thermotechnik with clients became transparent, structured and managed. And due to integration of the implemented system with ERP based on 1C and the affiliate program work in CRM became even more convenient.

The first results of implementation were yielded to us understanding that we move in the right direction. In plans – automation of work with marketing actions, expansion of functionality of mobile application for exit employees and implementation of the add-on module for automation of work with service requests.
