2020: Implementation of technology of electronic agreement signature for clients
AlphaInsurance Life announced on March 4, 2020 implementation service for clients, the investment life insurance allowing to sign policies online using the electronic signature. Process takes less than a minute and does not require printout of documents — the ready policy goes to e-mail of the client.
According to the requirement Central bank RUSSIAN FEDERATION, the procedure of electronic signing of the policy happens on the website "AlphaInsurance-Life". To sign the agreement, the client needs to follow the link with mobile phone directed by the company in SMS- the message at a final stage of an execution of the policy.
We aim to do our services the most convenient for clients. Implementing technology of electronic signing of policies, we systematically move to our main goal — creation of a full-fledged digital insurance product. 2019: Start of the online services accelerating process of receiving insurance payments
On July 12, 2019 announced AlphaInsurance Life start of the services reducing a way of the client to receiving insurance payments.
In particular, AlphaInsurance Life offers two online services allowing clients to make out and receive insurance payments both through the Personal account and in departments of partner banks.
Clients with the confirmed account in the Uniform portal of public services can use service of online payments in the Personal account. It is possible to make it from any electronic device and worldwide. So far only about 30% of clients of the company use this service. Therefore AlphaInsurance Life implemented an online service of filling and transfer of applications for receiving payment in departments of partner banks.
Earlier clients filled in application forms manually, spending on it time and allowing inaccuracies in formulations. The offered service checks correctness of filling of data and bank details, correcting widespread errors. At the same time statements are supplied with the unique QR code which reduces time of recognition of the paper document in an electronic document management system and, as a result, accelerates payment process.
