2018: Implementation of TDMS

In October, 2018 specialists of CSoft Group successfully brought a system into commercial operation in all branches of Krasnoyarskgazprom Neftegazproyekt LLC located in Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Tyumen and Samara. For the solution of assigned tasks in a system the following modules were implemented:

• production/technical document flow:
• module of maintenance of development of the design and estimate documentation;
• the job control module (tasks between project specialties);
• module of maintenance of release of the design and estimate documentation;
• module of maintaining design and estimate documentation archive;
• the module of registration and processing of documentation received from subcontractor;
• the module management of the documentation received and created when carrying out designer's service;
• organizational and administrative document flow:
• the module of management of the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• module of management of organizational and administrative documentation;
• module of management of contractual documentation;
• module of support of document flow of external and internal purchases;
• module of accounting of labor costs;
• the module of management of instructions (the general module integrated with all above-mentioned).
