Alexander Karpachev

Alexander Vasilyevich Karpachev  is a founder and the president of Parus corporation who is engaged in development of automated information systems for public institutions and the commercial organizations. As the president of corporation is since  April, 1999.

Karpachev is awarded with a medal of Institute of professional accountants for merits in development of an accounting profession, the diploma of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Russian Federation "for a big personal deposit in information technology development in Russia". And also the thanksgiving diploma of the President of Russia Boris Yeltsin "for a big contribution to implementation of the state measures for improvement of accounting, audit and taxation in the Russian Federation", issued to it in  1999.

In  May, 2000 the Chairman of the State Duma Gennady Seleznyov to Alexander Vasilyevich issued gratitude "for highly skilled and dedicated work on improvement of practice of the organization and accounting and financial statements in the Russian Federation".

If to speak about a leadership style of the president, then Karpachev characterizes himself so: "I am authoritative in questions of acceptance of important strategic decisions, I take rather hard line in discussion of key indicators  — sales volumes, production and marketing programs. When we sum up the quarter results, the whole week the company works for me, in the rest of the time I work for the company". Alexander does not like to sit up long at work. According to him, he everything is in time in working time.

Biography

Alexander Karpachev was born  on November 2, 1959 in the city of Volnovakha of Donetsk region.

Graduated from faculty "Software of Automated Control Systems" of the Highest naval school of radio electronics of Popov.

Since  1982 served in data processing center of General staff of Navy where was engaged in development and operation of personnel management systems of the fleet. Now  — the captain of a stock of the 1st rank.

In  1989 Karpachev together with three companions created Parus company. The order of the Central clinical hospital of Academy of Sciences for system development for automation of payroll became the first project.

In the early nineties Karpachev in a rank of the captain of the third rank left armed forces. When Alexander Karpachev is asked about the reasons for which he left military career, left on the citizen and was engaged in private business, he answers shortly: "Circumstances …". "We always worked for the idea. Being the officer of General staff of the VTR, I was engaged in Data processing center in development and operation of personnel management systems of the fleet  — Alexander says.  — It was remarkable time: risks were minimum, the perspective is absolutely clear for many years ahead, I did favorite thing. And suddenly the wind of change blew, and we understood that we stopped being necessary …".
