2020: Start of sales of a system of house comfort in Russia

On March 13, 2020 the Legrand company announced start of sales in Russia of the innovation system of house comfort supporting modern technologies of Internet of Things. The basis of the offer is formed by "smart" electroinstallation products in design of Valena Life/Allure with Netatmo and Celiane with Netatmo.

The system of house comfort Legrand consists of wire and wireless devices, the intelligent module is built in each of which. Its core is the starting packet worth from 8,110 rubles which consists of the Wi-Fi-gateway, the "smart" socket and the wireless switch. The gateway provides connection of all IoT of devices to the Internet and gives to users the chance to manage the system of the "smart" house from any place in the world. In addition to a starting packet a system can switch on various devices for expansion of its functionality. The user can independently collect the set, having selected components from a portfolio of available IoT-devices.

Installation of "smart" switches and sockets practically differs in nothing from installation of traditional electroinstallation products, and it is possible to carry out it at any time, without waiting for repair. At the same time the producer gives an opportunity of painless replacement of products of the main lines of Valena Life/Allure and Celiane by their "smart" analogs, due to preserving of the concept of design and installation of any decorative frames from the broad range of collections. In basic option new devices are delivered complete with front panels and decorative frames of three flowers of the Valena Life and Celiane series and five flowers of the Valena Allure series.

System management is exercised using mobile application of Home+Control in which the plan of the house is created and the current status of each "smart" device is displayed. The intuitive interface provides both control of separate modules, and use of the configured scenarios of behavior of the smart devices group, including – their inclusion and switching off according to the schedule. The application allows to customize quickly the personal system smart home, to add new modules and to manage IoT-devices far off.

The system of house comfort with Netatmo is open for interaction and integration into devices of other companies working in the field of Internet of Things: Somfy, Bubendorf Velux, Vaillant and others. In Russia Legrand already cooperates with the company "Yandex". The system of house comfort with Netatmo completely supports work with the most popular in the country voice assistant Alice and "smart" columns "Yandex. Station". Management is also possible using voice assistants Apple Siri, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

Analysts call the market of devices of 'the smart house' one of the most fast-growing both in the world, and in Russia. For example, according to forecasts of Discovery Research Group, in 2019 the size of the market of the systems of 'the smart house' in our country grew almost by 17% and in the next years growth rates will only increase.
