On March 13, 2020 the SAP company announced that Sportmaster completed implementing solution for process automation of internal audit of 495 shops of network based on SAP Sales Cloud. Using a system the company carries out mobile monitoring of outlets. As a result processing speed the check sheets and report generation increased. The Silayn company, Saprun group acted as the partner in implementation.
Directors of regional departments regularly carry out inspections of the shops: estimate quality of work with clients, the goods presentation, respect for technologies, work of personnel and a status of floor spaces in general. It allows to create quickly analytics on all network and to trace a status of outlets. To system implementation in the company there was no instrument of performance monitoring of work, planning of visits and creation of routes of directors of departments. Data according to the results of checks were fixed on paper carriers, were separated and not systematized.
During the project a system for mobile monitoring in which possibilities of convenient use the check sheets, attachments of the photo and introduction of comments are configured at once at identification of the fact of violation was created. The director of department can carry out an inspection in real time and enter all data into the system using the mobile device. Results of checks on all outlets are kept in a cloud, each of 80 directors of regional departments at any time has to them access. A system is available also in offline mode. In addition, in it operational problem definition to directors of shops for quality improvement of customer service and elimination of the violations revealed during the visit is implemented.
Digitalization in Sportmaster does not stand still. We constantly work on tools which will allow employees to make work easier. The mobile workplace of the director of department is a tool which allows employees to be more flexible and operational, to carry out assigned tasks in any point of shop. The main advantage of a system is an accurate structure of assessment of shop, an opportunity to quickly estimate it on keyword parameters of working activity.
