TMH and 1C implement the project of digital transformation of business based on "1C: Corporation"

2020: Implementation of 1C: Corporation

On March 13, 2020 1C Company reported that together with JSC Transmashholding (TMH) signed the agreement on strategic cooperation in information technology field. The document was signed by the CEO of TMH Kirill Lipa and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev.

The signed agreement is aimed at the further development of partnership in information technology field. The key direction of cooperation – creation of effective management systems for the enterprises and digital transformation of business of TMH using a modern complex of integrated solutions "1C: Corporation" (1C:ERP, 1C: Holding Management, 1C: Document Flow, "1C: Payroll and HR Management") and also industry and specialized solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

Within joint work transition of TMH to the system of business planning of the last generation of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management will be performed. One of the key purposes of transition – technology support of the project of development of the management concept product lifecycle (production and service maintenance of the rolling stock) during consolidation of management systems of TMH and LocoTech Service LLC. It is planned that 1C:ERP will become a uniform corporate prototype of an information system for TMH and Lokotekh. With its help collecting and data analysis about a status of products at all stages of lifecycle (from development and production before utilization), all incured costs and operational incidents will be organized. A system will provide an operational feedback between users and designers, necessary for continual improvement of the technologies applied by production and operation of products.

The history of cooperation of TMH and 1C Company contains more than 14 years. The first steps to creation in holding of the unified information system were taken in 2006 when at two of its plants the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system was implemented. In the years ahead solutions 1C became the corporate standard of automation of holding. By the beginning of 2019 the single system of management based on 1C:Enterprise 8 covered more than 30,000 jobs.

One more important direction of cooperation – development and implementation of technologies of the Industry 4.0. Works in this direction are conducted at the TMH enterprises since 2017.

We appreciate long-term productive cooperation with Transmashholding and its achievements on creation of an effective corporate system of management based on 1C: Enterprise. Exchange of experience with specialists of the production and service companies entering into the TMH group gives us opportunities for further development in our ERP systems of the functionality necessary for large industrial enterprises and holdings.
