On March 16, 2020 the Rostelecom company reported that it connected the Krasnodar's first residential complex to an ecosystem of the digital solutions "Rostelecom Key". It represents the single platform of services integrating the smart on-door speakerphone, complex video surveillance, a wireless internet in the yard of the house. Now inhabitants a LDC "Guarantee on East Kruglikovskaya" will be able to control all events in the house adjoining territory, to manage remotely opening and closing of access doors and to use Wi-Fi in the yard.

The main convenience of this system is that all services literally at you on a palm. They have a single interface, they are brought together in a personal account where it is easy and convenient to come through mobile application. According to the company, intellectual access control in an entrance provides the smart on-door speakerphone which broadcasts the image from the built-in camera on the screen of the smartphone or the tablet of the owner of housing and allows to manage an entrance door far off, outside the house and even the city. In case of arrival of guests, couriers or others to visitors the possibility of generation of time codes for a period of 24 hours is provided in a system. The archive of records from the camera of the on-door speakerphone remains in a personal account therefore residents will be able always to check who and in what time has come into an entrance.

Remote control of entrances, nurseries and sports grounds, parking conducts complex video surveillance which through mobile application allows to watch broadcasting from cameras from any place in the world. House adjoining Wi-Fi provides a seamless covering of all territory, adjacent to the house. Thus, even leaving the apartment, residents will still have Internet access.

The service will use the system of recognition of numbers or special digital tags and thanks to it automatically to open a barrier for entrance and departure of the cars which are in the database. Broadcast of the image from the barrier camera will become additional convenience.

Rostelecom also intends to complement service with a possibility of remote collecting of meter readings. A system will automatically read out data from metering devices of cold and hot water, the electric power, heat and all-house devices and to transfer them to management company. Besides, the possibility of control of an expense of resources will be provided in online the mode.
