2020: Providing Google Cloud Platform for creation of cloud infrastructure

On March 17, 2020 announced Softline project implementation which helped a team of Dasha.AI service to improve functionality of the voice robot. Thanks to implementation of the universal solution Google Cloud Platform the artificial intelligence learns to recognize the speech of interlocutors more effectively. It, in turn, opens the additional opportunities for use of the virtual manager allowing the companies of all branches of the economy to optimize considerably business processes.

Since 2018 the project team of Dasha.AI develops voice artificial intelligence which solves a broad spectrum of applied tasks for needs of business: hiring of personnel, polls and research of the market, acceptance and sorting of orders, consultations, informing and so on. The multifunction robot is capable to replace the whole call centers, at the same time 98% of interlocutors cannot distinguish the emotional and expressive speech of the virtual manager from the speech of the ordinary person.

The command of service constantly works on improvement of quality of the product. In order that the robot recognized the speech more effectively, learned to catch all its subtleties, filtered an inappropriate content, the decision to use the cloud-platform was made. Several offers including from global providers were considered. First of all, such criteria as the price and reliability were considered.

Experts of Softline company with which the Dasha.AI project, Cloud Platform Google services suggested to use. Unlike analogs, they have broad functionality and capability qualitatively to solve difficult, non-standard business challenges. Google Cloud Platform allows to work with different tools for calculation and a hosting. Customers can select the managed applied platform, use technologies of containers for obtaining bigger flexibility or create own most controlled cloud-infrastructure. Thanks to this solution business, on the one hand, has great opportunities for independent resource management, and with another - there is a right to transfer control to specialists of Google Cloud.

In parallel with Google Cloud Platform we use Amazon Web Services for a number of tasks, but more we involve cloud-Google services. For improvement of voice qualities of our robot we use such tools of the platform as GKE, GCE, Google Cloud VPN, Google Cloud SQL, Google Cloud Speech API.
