In department of DOSAAF of Russia in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region will unroll electronic archive "Etla"

2020: Implementation of electronic archive "Etla"

On March 18, 2020 the Atlas Soft company reported that jointly with specialists of Ouch Ti Factory company unrolled electronic archive "Etla" in Interregional department of the All-Russian public and state organization "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of Russia" (DOSAAF) of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

At the beginning of 2019 the guide of DOSAAF to SPB and the Leningrad Region made the decision on formation of electronic archive of documents which formed for many decades and also implementation of a subsystem of the automated processing of mail. After the research of the market of the systems of electronic archive specialists of Ouch Ti Factory company stopped the choice on the Etla system as it met the following necessary conditions:

• the translation of documents from a paper type in electronic;
• simple and flexible document retrieval;
• access isolation to archive of both users, and user groups;
• support by the system of cross-platform;
• existence of a possibility of automatic loading in the system of e-mail with further registration of the attached documents;
• existence of mechanisms of automatic creation of incremental backup copies of a system to several places;
• recurring inspection of integrity of archive of documents;
• existence of a full range of tools for independent setup and system implementation.

After structure formation of archive, an institution of users and setup of cards of documents automatic loading of e-mail of users with the subsequent registration of the documents attached to the letter was configured. Also mechanisms on creation of automatic backup copies of the database and base of documents were configured.

For March, 2020 there is a translation of documents from a paper type in electronic that will allow to save historically important documents for the next generations and considerably will simplify search and access to the necessary documents. At the same time to specialists began to add much more simply and quicker documents to electronic archive which arrive on e-mail.
