2020: Audit of management processes

On March 19, 2020 Softline announced carrying out audit of processes of management of program assets in ITSC LLC ("Information and technology service company") regarding compliance of processes to the international standard ISO 19770-1.

According to the results of audit the customer received the international certificate of the Tier 3 level – one of the highest. Use of methodology of SAM assumes creation of such processes as purchase, deployment, accounting and utilization of program assets and also work with license documentation and contract management. The project includes also assessment of the IT risks connected with program assets, assessment of budgeting and financial management, the analysis cast and duties of participants of processes.

ISO 19770-1:2012 describes the quality requirement and efficiency of application of methodology of SAM (Software Asset Management) – a package of measures, directed to process optimization of management of program assets in the companies. It contains requirements not only to processes of management of licenses, but also to results of performing procedures, belonging to management of IT services. Certification on ISO 19770-1 will allow the customer to confirm the high level of management program and to be prepared for certification on other ISO standards in information technology field (for example, ISO 20 000. Information technologies. Managements of IT services).
