1.7 billion rubles on construction of the multi-profile medical center in Tyva

On September 21, 2020 it became known that the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation will construct the multi-profile medical center in Tuva. The Government of the Russian Federation selected 1.7 billion rubles for implementation of this project. The corresponding order was signed by the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to him, the center is expected 200 places, will be completed with the most modern equipment and transferred to the possession of Tyva after commissioning. In this organization people will be able to receive highly skilled high-quality medical care.

The plan provides equipment procurement for anesthesiology, endoscopies, extracorporal oxygenation, artificial ventilation of lungs and ultrasonography and also a computer tomography.

Mishustin selected the Ministry of Defence of 8.8 billion rubles for construction of 16 infectious centers

The medical institution will be constructed in the city of Kyzyl. The amount of 1.7 billion rubles as Mikhail Mishustin at the operational meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers noted, is selected for the first stage of construction. The general investments into the center by September 21, 2020 are not called.

Multi-profile hospital are built at the request of Putin and are designed to help with fight against spread of a koronavirusny infection in Russia. In total since the beginning of a pandemic of the Ministry of Defence constructed 22 medical centers in 18 regions of the country (by September 21, 2020). One more infectious hospital was thrown by department to Zabaykalsky Krai from the Republic of Buryatia. About need "without delay to start" its deployment at the beginning of June the president spoke.

On September 15, 2020 during a videokonfereniya on opening of the similar medical centers in the Pskov region Vladimir Putin reported that the medical center in Tuva is going to be put into operation at the end of September. The head of state emphasized then that construction in general goes regularly, according to the diagram, and hoped that terms will be sustained up to the end.[1]

8.8 billion rubles on construction of 16 infectious centers

On March 24, 2020 on the portal of legal information the order signed by the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin about selection to the Ministry of Defence of 8.8 billion rubles on construction of 16 infectious centers was published. 

Funds will be allocated from a reserve fund of the government against the background of epidemic of a koronavirusny infection of COVID-19. In particular, money will go for construction of the medical centers based on modular constructions which can be unrolled quickly for assistance to patients from among the military personnel.

The Ministry of Defence is entrusted to check "target and effective use" of the received means and till February 1, 2021 to provide the report.

By March 24, 2020 special departments for treatment of patients with a coronavirus are in 32 Ministry of Defence hospitals. Department organized groups of military virologists and epidemiologists who should react quickly to the possible outbreaks of a coronavirus in military units.

According to the chief of the Head military-medical department of the ministry Dmitry Trishkin, physicians will focus on early detection of a virus at civil personnel and the military personnel in parts, special attention will be paid to those who returns from foreign business trips.

On March 20, 2020 the Minister of Defence Sergey Shoygu  assured  of absence of infections with a coronavirus in the Russian army. He noted that he charged to hold "the round-the-clock preventive events" in troops.

On the same day it became known that in Russia refused  to transfer a spring draft because of a coronavirus. All recruits will take tests for presence of a koronavirusny infection and if it is not confirmed, then to go to service.

By March 24, 2020 the large infectious center is built in Moscow. The hospital will appear in the settlement of Voronovskom and will be expected 500 patients.[2]
