Transfer to online of programs of advanced training of employees
On April 10, 2020 Rostec reported that it against the background of a pandemic transfers to online space the training programs, diagnostics, trainings and projects for the staff of Corporation. The academy of Rostec is going to adapt more than 60 professional development course for distance learning.
Educational programs of Academy of Rostec are expected heads and on non-management employees. A part of projects are already transferred to a remote format. For managers webinars are started: "Effective leader", "Leadership and formation of a productive command", "Effective system of non-material motivation" and other virtual rates. Six training webinars, including "Tools management of personal efficiency" and "Skills of public statements" are open for all staff of Corporation.
Our programs allow the staff of Rostec to update knowledge and competences, to master modern effective planning tools and managements. The difficult situation which arose against the background of a pandemic gave us the chance to add other formats of training and to transfer to a digital medium as much as possible programs partially or entirely. We will provide training in three formats: webinar, remote intensiv and remote rate. In addition to start of webinars and transfer of the existing rates to online, the Academy of Rostec developed essentially other format of a remote intensiv. It combines interactive lectures, a group discussion and moderation and also independent and practical work in mini-groups.
Diagnostics of professional qualities is also carried out far off – remote assessment procedure was already undergone by participants of the program of training of technology leaders Vector.
Use of the Vector program for remote work
On March 25, 2020 Rostec reported that his employees will be able to be connected far off to workflow using the Internet platform of the educational program Vector. Possibilities of the virtual platform created by Academy of Rostec allow to bring together groups of a different profile and to create separate studies where it is possible to communicate and also to set working tasks and to monitor their accomplishment.
Access to functionality of the platform is open not only for participants of the Vector program (including being), but also for other staff of all enterprises of Corporation.
More and more companies switch over to a remote operation mode in the conditions of a coronavirus pandemic. For Rostec health and safety of employees – an undoubted priority therefore we also transfer a part of our workflows to online. The academy of Rostec of the first started the online project in scales of all Corporation – employees from more than two hundred cities participate in the program. For March 25, 2020 several thousand people already have an access to the Internet platform, in the nearest future to remote work will be able to be connected much more employees, told the chief executive of State Corporation Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko

The platform was developed specially under the educational program Vector. Within training at its base there takes place online training and diagnostics of employees, the team works integrating colleagues from different regions are implemented. On the platform only the staff of the enterprises of Corporation can come, personal data are protected by special protocols of security.
In two years of action of the Vector program applications for participation were submitted by 7 thousand people, all of them already managed to get acquainted with opportunities of the virtual platform. The project showed that for successful joint work to participants is made to be not necessarily in one office and even in one city. The platform has very wide functionality. Within the Vector program Rostec reveals and trains technology leaders – employees who will develop and keep perspective civil projects. During training participants under the leadership of mentors transform the innovation ideas to real technology projects. Winners receive financing from Rostec and get to a corporate accelerator where the project is improved and it is carried to the level of the working model.
