2020: Process automation of sales of the pharmaceutical direction

Niarmedik Group, producer of the medical equipment and medicines, announced on March 25, 2020 that it implemented the project on process automation of sales of the pharmaceutical direction using Creatio CRM system. Thanks to low-code to platform opportunities the company adapted functionality of a system for the requirements and as a result received a product which, according to a statement Niarmedik, for 90% satisfies its requests on sales management.

The Niarmedik of Pharm company entering into group acted as the initiator of the project, and growth and expansion of geography of presence of business became its reason. For project implementation the technological solution which could be transformed and scaled on all company was required. As a result of the tender a choice was made for benefit of Pharma Creatio — industry solution which is proposed to the market by Terrasoft company.

An opportunity to optimize a system and to supplement it with functionality which is necessary for us — the pharmaceutical company working at the Russian market became keyword parameter for us — Arkady Ivanchenko, the marketing director of Niarmedik noted.

Within the project the visiting activity and extra visiting processes were in parallel automated. For example, the CLM presentations for customer interaction on places were configured, collecting of a feedback is organized, control and the analysis of indicators of work of a command are configured, marketing activities are automated.

Staff of Niarmedik of Pharm and the company -integrator "NORBIT" took part in implementation (enters into group of companies LANIT). It allowed Niarmedik to create own competence center on Creatio which provides maintenance of a system and continues to develop it by own forces without involvement of external developers. The staff of sales departments and marketing both in Russia, and beyond its limits became target users of a system. In total in the created system more than 200 employees of Niarmedik of Pharm work.
