Since February, 2011 - the CEO of the Iauchno-research institute of Information and perspective technologies of MIPT.

Graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1980, and in 1984 defended the master's thesis in "Mathematical cybernetics".

From 1984 to 1987 - the junior researcher of Scientific council at Presidium of Academy of Sciences of the USSR on a complex problem Cybernetics, in 1987-1994 - the senior research associate of Institute of design automation of Academy of Sciences of the USSR.

Since 1994 Igor Kadoshchuk was engaged in information technology development in such companies as: JSC Server, project director, SAS institute of GMBH, technical director, JSC Elvis-Plus, technical director, JSC Fintekh, chief of service of data protection. Besides, in 1993-94 Igor Kadoshchuk cooperated with the British company "ACT Financial Systems" as the project manager and the quality manager according to a series of the ISO standards: 9000.

Since 2000 is the expert of ISO in information security field.

Since 2002 associate professor of information science of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

In 2000-2003 Igor Kadoshchuk cooperated with the Dutch company "EZWIM B.V." as the technical director.

In 2003-2004 continued the career in Bank for Foreign Trade of JSC Vneshtorgbank as the head of development department and information security of Department of information systems.

In 2004 passed to a position of the deputy chief of Department of information technologies of Bank of the gas industry of Gazprombank (Ltd), and in 2005 became the head of the department of information systems of Gazprombank (JSC).

Since February, 2008 - the Vice president for information technology development in IBRD.

From July, 2009 to February, 2011 - the Deputy manager of Project management department of TRANSTELECOM Ltd.
