2020: Creation of a system
On March 30, 2020 it became known of creation by Rostec and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) of portable laboratory for rapid tests for COVID-19 coronavirus.
Some developments in this sphere absolutely new. For example, now together with RDIF in Tatarstan production of portable mini-laboratory for express diagnostics of COVID-19 is developed. In the nearest future these products should enter the market — RIA Novosti with reference to the chief executive of Rostec Oleg Yevtushenko reports. |
According to him, the state corporation has necessary competences for development of relevant vaccines. Also Rostec makes a product line, helping to prevent spread of an infection.
Yevtushenko announced also the special antiviral suit created in Rostec for physicians and other specialists whose work is integrated to the increased risk of infections. According to the head, the suit is tested and confirmed providing the high level of protection against biological threats, without excluding viruses. The state corporation prepares documents for certification of a product for now this procedure is not complete for the end of March, 2020, in the organization started pilot production of a suit in Kazan.
Also Rostec prepares for deliveries of the different equipment for fight against a coronavirus, including thermal imagers for identification of people with the increased body temperature, both infrared thermometers, and air disinfecting installations, and medical ventilators.
Practically we make all nomenclature. Devices EKMO (the device intended for blood saturation by oxygen at development of heavy sharp respiratory insufficiency) at the moment are not manufactured in the Russian Federation. The project provides delivery of import samples at the first stage with the subsequent localization of this equipment in Russia — Oleg Yevtushenko emphasized.[1] |
