End of system implementation of ensuring safe work of medical staff

The LANIT-Integration company (enters into LANIT group) within a pilot project implemented in the main koronavirusny center MoskvyGKB No. 40 (Communard) a system for remote coordination of actions of physicians. On April 13, 2020 LANIT reported about it. At the time of production of this material the solution is piloted also in nine other capital hospitals accepting the patients infected with COVID-19.

At the heart of the technological solution – the ergonomic "smart points" equipped with the video camera and the compact screen. They connect to other gadgets the general information environment. The health worker, having put on glasses, can from infectious boxing with the patient of a message online broadcast of a sound and video in "a net zone". And doctors from "a net zone", in turn, can make to it recommendations, transfer necessary documents – the clinical record, photos, etc.

Thanks to reduction of number of direct contacts of medical personnel with the patient a system reduces risk of infection of doctors, reduces time which physicians spend on use of individual protection equipment, and allows them to cover the attention bigger number of patients. Doctors can collect consultations in the remote mode, quickly provide personnel training and attract to consultations of doctors of narrow specialization.

The idea of a system came to the head of our competence center in the field of AR and VR to Ilya Flaks. Its command studied similar solutions for some other industries, however, for use in less critical conditions. LANIT-Integration offered the idea of creation of a system to the chief physician of hospital No. 40 in the Communard To Denis Protsenko. He quickly responded and showed serious interest. Project work often forces us to work in the time trouble mode, but here the level of responsibility was unprecedentedly high – it was impossible to allow delay in start of a system or restrictions of the stated functionality,
told Murat Marshankulov, the managing director of LANIT-Integration company

Children from LANIT Integration proposed very necessary solution of the correct telemedicine "doctor-doctor". They voluntarily volunteered to participate in a difficult task — of course, because of the risks connected with stay in the medical center, practically "on a front line". Naturally, they were supplied with all protective ammunition for work, but all the same not everyone would be solved. And they accepted this call,
noted Denis Protsenko, the chief physician of GKB No. 40 DZM

For several days we updated and implemented a system for reduction of risk of doctors and all medical personnel. By experience of other countries if doctors begin to get sick, the situation becomes critical. Thanks to all our command that children selflessly joined in the project. And still I believe that one technology idea which was implemented in due time and in the right place can develop in the whole direction and in a root to change usual communication between doctors and patients,
commented Ilya Flaks, the head of Competence center of LANIT in the field of VR&AR

We showed the end-to-end system To Denis Protsenko and now we pilot it in NO. 40 GKB and six other Moscow clinics. These are points which allow the medic from boxing with the patient to transfer all measurements from devices in a protective suit to a consultation of physicians, and tablet with the preset software. The solution reduces risk for physicians to catch. It is very important, - said Ilya Flaks, the head of Competence center Lanit in the field of VR&AR.
