In  1998  — the assistant to the Russian Prime Minister  — the Minister of Economics of the Russian Federation, Moscow.

From  1998 to  2000  — the deputy manager of Department of the Ministry of Economics of the Russian Federation.

From  2000 to  2001  — the deputy manager of Department of the Ministry of the industry, science and technologies of the Russian Federation.

In  2001  — the adviser of Department of Government Office of the Russian Federation.

From  2001 to  2005  — the chief executive of Association of assistance to development of a system of competitive purchases, Moscow.

From  2005 to  2007  — work in commercial structures.

Since  August, 2007  — the deputy manager of the Federal agency by training.

Family

He is married, has two children.
