On April 1, 2020 the company AT Consulting East Siberia announced system development on prevention and control of spread of a viral infection of COVID-19. A system is intended for regional operational staff on fight against a coronavirus, it helps to identify potentially infected people, a circle of their contacts and to monitor observance of a quarantine.

A system provides automation of work of operational staff which is created in the subjects of the Russian Federation for fight against spread of a coronavirus. The solution covers a wide range of functions which are assigned to representatives of the regional power in the conditions of a pandemic.

Among them collecting, storage and data processing on citizens who arrived from regions, unsuccessful on a coronavirus, ached or are under observation, the organization of work of call centers for informing the population, interaction with federal authorities, emergency services and municipalities.

The solution is created based on own development of AT Consulting the East – the Smart City Cloud platforms. It is intended for the organization of a common information space of regional authorities, it is easy to implement, scale and add it with functions. Possibilities of the platform were already involved on projects of the company in the field of health care therefore this service for fight against COVID-19 managed to be started in the shortest possible time. With assistance of the region the solution is deployed and started in 5 hours.

We finished the solution literally for several days because well we know specifics of informatization of authorities and medical institutions, including managements of flows of patients.
