On April 2, 2020 the Intersoft Lab company reported that it for a top mendezherov, heads of the business directions and managing directors of branches of banks developed the system of ready dashbord for monitoring of results of retail business on mobile devices. Transfer heads to the mode of remote control of the retail directions - car loans, a mortgage, a cash loan, credit cards, etc. - it is possible in only 2-3 weeks.

The solution is constructed on the basis of the mobile application Reviewer from Intersoft Lab company working on smartphones and tablets running iOS and Android. The application provides dashborda for the analysis of key indicators of activity of bank and operational notifications on critical indicators of business. Dashborda are prepared on the basis of data from any information sources of bank: Core banking system, CRM, processing systems, etc. For this purpose data from sources are transferred to a data mart of the server of mobile application.

Heads of bank have an opportunity to estimate overall effectiveness of business – accomplishment of business plans, a status of the loan portfolio, arrears level and also to quickly control the current financial result. Heads of business divisions will be able to analyze detailed indicators in the directions, for example, on crediting – fill rates of the business plan, credit sales, conversion of requests, productivity of remote sales points, arrears according to different credit programs, etc. Managing directors of branches and their deputies will receive the generalized and detailed analytics in all implementable retail directions.

The solution does not require long implementation, it needs to be integrated only with data sources. This work can be performed by IT specialists of bank independently in 2-3 weeks.
