2020: Representation of service for calculation of the rent

The Taxcom company offered on April 2, 2020 service for the companies whose business is based on retail sales using the cash registers. The service will allow to provide to lessors information on revenue in real time from each cash desk.

OFD Taxcom suggests all the clients to configure sending the report for the e-mail address of the lessor. The user of the cash equipment can specify in the personal account of an online service of Taxcom Cash desk what data he wants to transfer to the lessor and to configure their automatic sending.

The user having the administrator's rights will be able to create the report template on the outlet from the fields offered at choice: amounts of revenue, amount of returns and others. Report settings will take several minutes.

Till May 31, 2020 the report for clients of OFD Taxcom will be free. The number of such reports – no more, than for five outlets will be the only restriction.

The lessor will obtain data on turnover of outlet from the independent entrusted source – directly from the fiscal data operator.

To connect this functionality, the tenant needs to come into the personal account OFD Taxcom and in the section Reports to select and configure mailing of the personal report for the lessor. Setup consists in the choice of the fields of the report and input of e-mail of the address of the lessor transferred to the lessor.

In addition to personal reports, in a personal account it is possible to unload summary reports instantly: on changes, according to fiscal documents, about sales according to the nomenclature, about a status of fiscal drives and others.
