2020: Plans of creation of the program of complex development of transport infrastructure

On April 6, 2020 it became known that the SIMETRA company, competence center in the field of modeling of traffic flows and transport planning, will develop the program of complex development of transport infrastructure (PCDTI) for Department of transport of the city of Rostov-on-Don. This program for the large city in the southwest of Russia will be developed using modern technologies, including the Russian software solutions.

PKRTI made based on mathematical macromodel of agglomeration is necessary for development of all means of transport in the territory of the city. In addition, the document is the basic when developing the complex scheme of the organization of traffic (CSOT). Within updating of KSODD of SIMETRA will also develop the Complex scheme of the organization of transport service of the population by public transport (KSOT).

Our command should carry out an ambitious task — to develop the development plan for transport of the city of Rostov-on-Don till 2035. It will include both the general program actions (PKRTI), and measures for improvement of the organization of traffic (KSODD). Working on the project, we will use approach of sustainable development. He will allow to solve tactical and strategic problems of creation of city infrastructure which at the same time will not create negative outer effects in the future. Also in work our innovative digital solution RITM3 will be used for monitoring, modeling and scheduling of traffic flows.
