On April 7, 2020 it became known that the Oberon company started the communication project "Crisis Response Solutions for Business". The specialized portfolio of "fast" solutions and services prepared by experts of integrator and also a hot line for free consultations on phone and e-mail entered it.

We watch closely needs of our clients and without delay we react to them. For this reason since April 6, 2020 our specialists are ready to propose quickly solutions for tasks which were created at players of the market in connection with remote work of employees. We picked up the most technical and fast digital-products and services in implementation based on modern information and telecommunication technologies, the engineering systems and DPC, means of ensuring of cyber security, service and outsourcing. In an analysis result of current demands of the Russian companies the portfolio of crisis response solutions of Oberon was built. Technologies are grouped in blocks, each of which solves a key problem of business:

  • The first of them – fast adaptation of IT and engineering infrastructure to the developed conditions, identification of "weak points" and work without idle times – includes monitoring, management of loadings, backup and protection of IT infrastructure, services for engineering support and support of an IT core and also consulting services on selection of the equipment, software and free licenses.
  • The second group of tasks – the organization and support of jobs of employees "on an udalenka". Creation and replication of standard automated workplaces, quickly unrolled program phones and remote jobs of call center operators, secure remote access to corporate resources with technologies NGFW, Mobile Device Management, DLP, EDR, protection against viruses, a phishing and spam were its part. Service and outsourcing of remote administration and user support is also available.
  • Increase in process performance of digital joint work based on applications of unified communications and also solutions for business process automation – the systems of setting and control of accomplishment of tasks, document flow, tracking of labor discipline, safe file sharing, etc. belongs to the third block.
