Initiative of employment of 65 thousand people

On May 19, 2020 Wildberries told about work of federal service for employment of Vsemrabot which was started by online retailer for support of the Russians who lost work because of COVID-19 coronavirus. The company placed on the portal about 65 thousand vacancies from the partners. Jobs are offered across all Russia, from them:

• 17 thousand — in Central the federal district;
• 13 thousand — in the district Siberian federalno;
• 9 thousand — in the Far Eastern Federal District;
• on 7 thousand — in the Ural and Southern federal districts;
• 6 thousand — in the Volga Federal District;
• 4 thousand — in the Northwestern Federal District;
• 1.5 thousand — in the North Caucasian Federal District.

The Vsemrabota project was supported by dozens of the companies from different sectors of economy. To the middle of May, 2020 through this service in Wildberries about 15 thousand people began to work. 7.5 thousand from them came to  work to  distribution centers of the retailer, 5.5  — on  courier service. 1500 more new employees were involved in points of issue of orders, 480 people took jobs in  IT, AHO, contact center and  other divisions.

By May 19, 2020 in Wildberries there are about 53 thousand employees in  permanent and  temporary workplaces. About 1230 vacancies in  hundreds the localities of Russia are in addition opened.

Also Wildberries started two new mobile applications for hiring of employees in  courier service and  the logistic centers of the company. Begin work in  the company became possible in  one day. 

As reported in the press service of Wildberries, the company intends to develop this project and after normalization of country situation, and not just in the period of a koronavirusny pandemic. The retailer improves functionality of service to make it even more useful and convenient, noted in Wildberries.^[1]

About 3 thousand people for the first 2 weeks of work are suited

On April 9, 2020 Wildberries - Russian online retailer – told about results of work of the ВсемработаВБ.рф project.

On March 25, 2020 the online retailer started the website всемработавб.рф to help to find work to the Russians who lost it because of forced idle time at the enterprises. Within the first two weeks, from March 23 to April 7, 2020, in Wildberries about 3000 people were suited.

Retail and restaurant networks continue to join the всемработавб.рф project. With offers on employment of the personnel Sportmaster, "Daughters Sonnies", Ekonika, Kari, Samsonite, Baon, Sunlight, Melon Fashion Group, FUNDAY, network of KFC fast food restaurants addressed to Wildberries. Earlier FinnFlare, STOCKMANN, Concept Group, the Ship, "yours", Zenden, network of Teremok restaurants, network of bakeries Cream puff and network of the family Zamaniya parks and also the ANCOR agency joined the project.

Are ready to employ employees, in addition to Wildberries, also in Tape, Komus, "Красное&Белое", "Myasnov", "Have a rest", Skyeng, JSC ER-Telecom Holding, Old Mytishchi source and other companies.

In only two weeks we received more than 50 applications for the device and a Schering of personnel from the companies from different sectors of economy. Wildberries continues to publish the vacancies on an Internet resource and suggests other companies to place also here the offers on the appearing jobs, to give a helping hand to the citizens who lost work because of a coronavirus, - commented in the press service of Wildberries.

For April, 2020 in Wildberries 2,600 vacancies in 340 localities of the country are opened. Both permanent, and temporary vacancies are offered applicants. Vacancies of Wildberries are open in distribution centers, points of issue of orders, service of a courier delivery, contact center, IT and other divisions.
