On April 13, 2020 the CORUS Consulting company provided K-SRM – the multifunction online platform for remote interaction of the company with her suppliers from any place in the world and from any device. The tool helps to carry out quickly all procedures for the choice of the reliable supplier on the Internet and to reduce labor input of procurement procedures that is especially important in the conditions of an epidemiological situation.

According to the company, for April, 2020 in the market the increasing importance is played by flexibility of processes upon transition to remote work. IT solution, the K-SRM online platform, improves interaction of the company with her suppliers at all stages: from primary collection of information and work with the range before tendering and exchange of documents. The created orders automatically are sent to a personal account of the supplier from ERP, the possibility of downloading of all related documents and an operational chat for communication is provided. K-SRM is integrated with the TsRPT reference directory on goods which are subject to obligatory marking.

The online platform also allows to receive comments of buyers from online store and to broadcast them to suppliers, and gives the chance to automatically create claims to the partner at identification of deviations in deliveries of goods. Thanks to the module of the electronic marketplace (EM) it is possible to hold the auction, to publish lots and to define the winner in own information environment.

Purchasing process is automated based on own BPM platform of Corus Consulting – K-Point. The solution "K-Point|Purchase management" is intended for formation of plans and control of suppliers and execution of orders, including under federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works and Services" (223-FZ). K-Point automatically collects requests of divisions of the organization for carrying out purchases and consolidates them. On all procurement procedures history in a chronological order remains, and users of K-Point can configure work area in a system and look for data by means of the visual designer.
