2020: Implementation of Digit of MFC: Analytics
On April 16, 2020 the Smart Consulting company, the resident of Academpark, announced implementing solution for collecting of analytical information on network functioning of MFC – an analysis system of deviations. She will help heads of the centers to organize more effectively work of employees and to provide more operational providing state services to citizens. For April 16, 2020 the product is successfully approved in the Novosibirsk region.
The solution is addition to the system of a business intelligence (BI) – it collects data on work of branches of MFC and represents them in a convenient and clear form. The analysis system of deviations displays even more detailed information on the set parameters. It, for example, can be indicators for the selected month in cuts on operators and services and also the speed of provision of services, their demand at citizens. Besides, using a system it is possible to see deviations in work of the specific operator, or on some of stages of service of the applicant.
A system takes for "deviation" exceeding of average time of service on all network MFC. With this solution heads of the centers obtain information on all problem points in work of branches. It gives them the chance to analyze a situation and to take measures for its correction. Besides, data retrieveds can be used for material and non-material motivation of staff of the center – for example, for drawing up internal rating.
The question of efficiency of MFC is relevant not only for citizens who want to receive quickly services, but also for heads of the centers who aim to improve work of the branches. Operators need to keep within the standard of waiting – 15 minutes – and it is one of the main problems. Using an analysis system of deviations we can see all "roughnesses" in work of branch and in details work them. For April 16, 2020 our system "Digit MFC: The analytics" is implemented in several regions. It helps heads of the centers to analyze work of branches. With this analysis system of deviations it is possible to solve one of key problems – holding time of applicants. This product already underwent successful approbation in MFC Novosibirskoy network of the region.
