Digit MFC: Analytics
The system of a business intelligence for MFC "Digit MFC: The analytics", developed by Smart Consulting company, collects data on work of the multifunction centers of the region, processes them and issues to the user in a convenient format. The analyzed data can be browsed in a schedule type, charts and comparative tables and also to build reports at once by several criteria of the analysis, using OLAP technology. Besides, a system gives the chance to predict dynamics of key indicators, proceeding from historical data, and can propose solutions for optimization of load of MFC.
All this allows to use the system of a business intelligence for planning of necessary resources and effective management of work of the centers "My Documents". In addition, a system has potential in real time to bring data on work of MFC outside - to TVs in halls of service, on the website or mobile application of MFC. Such communication with citizens allows to manage their expectations and to work with loyalty in general. For example, seeing on the website a picture on loading of MFC, citizens can select for visit the best time and branches in terms of existence of queues.
