On-CRM.ru - the CRM system Russian online with the web interface. Is the typical representative of the SaaS direction perspective and popular now (Software as a Sevice is the software as service). A system is intended for accounting of contacts with clients (partners) with a possibility of control of tasks of the daily log, and also the e-mail installations of reminders on the forthcoming tasks. The module "Transactions" is intended for the solution of several managerial tasks: scheduling of sales; scheduling of arrival of payments; accounting of the taken place and lost transactions, and also transactions which are in work; control of "tails" according to transactions (overdue payments, uncollected documents, etc.); performance monitoring of work of sales managers (who how many planned and how many sold); control of return on product lines.

A system is multi-user where in a unified environment can work, both office employees, and the employees who are out of office (at home or in a business trip). For work in a system there is no need something to install on the computer, it is enough to have Internet access. For access restriction to information there are two roles of users: the manager (sees only the clients, tasks, transactions, mailings etc.), the administrator can manage any information.

A system is intended for small and medium business, is simple in use, is not overloaded with functionality and at the same time has all necessary functionality for the organization of work of sales department. A system is constantly updated, new modules and services are added. Updates are free for users.

Lease term

A system is provided under lease, for a low monthly payment, at the same time there is a free access for two users. The cost of a system is about 200 rubles a month on one user, at the same time there is a free access for two users.

For educational and organizations providing free access is possible.

Updating of March, 2011

The next updating generally concerned to the section of Task, but other useful additions to different sections of our system appeared also and many. There are some additional opportunities which appeared in a system:

  • Sorting of today's tasks (drag-and-drop).
    • Sometimes when forming the task list there is "for today" a need to place tasks in a certain order. Now such opportunity is. To move a task on the necessary position in the list guide a mouse arrow at the right edge of a line of the selected task, the icon will appear (two arrows – up and down). Click the left mouse button, and, without releasing it, pull a line of a task in the necessary direction. When the task moves to the right place, release the mouse button.

Look at the list of the tasks delegated by another.

    • the special filter "delegated by me" for viewing outstanding tasks which you set to other employees Appeared.

  • Indication of the tasks delayed on time.

    • B the task list at the tasks appointed to specific hour if the fixed time passed information on overdue time now is selected "for today" in the bright red color.

  • Task card in a new window.

    • not to leave the task list, a card of the selected task appears an additional window over the task list now. The card of a task can be moved on the screen, holding it for upper or bottom edge.

  • Additional functionality in a task card.

    • there Was an opportunity to set frequency of a task: Every day, Every week, Every month, Every quarter, Every year. This function can be useful to tasks which need to be executed with a certain frequency, for example a weekly meeting, monthly payments, the quarterly report, etc.
    • the feature for removal of a task within one day from the moment of creation of a task Is added.
    • the mechanism of accession of files to tasks Is implemented (it is available only to paid accounts).

  • Removal (transfer in archive) the contact person.

    • If with the contact person there are no communications, then the contact person can be deleted. If communications are, then the contact person can be transferred to archive. The contact persons transferred to archive do not participate in search, but can be browsed on clicking the link Archive.

  • Birthdays of clients and employees.

    • there Was an opportunity to determine dates of birthdays of Contact persons and Employees and if necessary to display reminders on them in the heading of a system. Birthdays FOR TODAY and also, for information only, are brought to ZAVTRA-POSLEZAVTRA. At an output of lists contact persons who have birthday soon are marked with a special festive icon.

  • Advanced search in the phone number, e-mail, address. For partners and contact persons the new search capability appeared. In addition to search in the name (Full Name) it is possible to find partners and contact persons by the phone number, e-mail, the address now.
  • The script of Export of partners is updated. Export transaction very resource-intensive therefore in connection with increase in number of the exported partners up to several thousand and even tens of thousands for once, processing of a script of export for stability augmentation of its work and reduction of load of server resources of a system was carried out.
  • Also: The output of phone of the contact person at an output of the list of contact persons is added. The script of display of hours in the heading of a system is corrected. A number of small errors is corrected.

Updating of July, 2012

In upgraded version the appearance of a system underwent significant changes, the user interface of the program was processed and optimized. Thanks to new design, the weight of elements of a design is significantly lost that positively affected loading speed. The calendar was improved, and now it became even more convenient to find tasks and to browse events. A system differs from the previous version in advanced functionality: possibilities of the card of partners were increased, now it is possible to add an unlimited number of contacts (phones and the e-mail addresses) to it, and the possibility of adding of photos is also included. In a system the possibility of packet forwarding of partners from one user to another appeared.

The On-CRM program represents a modern online-system for customer relationship management, and also for control and sales accounting. In the program modern technologies for automation, the organizations and synchronization of different business processes are used. Generally a system is used for increase in clearness of work with the customer base, including accounting and control of a trading activity, marketing systematization, and also for customer service quality improvement. It is easy to achieve these objectives, saving and analyzing customer information and results of work with it.

Online the ON-CRM system is available to users via any modern browser. It does not require installation and is simple in use. For this reason, a system was widely adopted in many companies. And, first of all, in the companies having a set of offices, or freelance employees, which often are not limited to one city or even the country.

Development of CRM systems, and also different corporate systems and databases, the Sinercom Ltd company is engaged not the first year. Lately the set of different software products for business process automation was put on the market. The company is also engaged in development of services and applications, both for stationary PCs, and for Android and iPad.

2013: Updating of the section of Transaction

On November 8, 2013 the Sinercom company announced innovations in online CRM ON-CRM.

In the new version of the solution developers dealt with transactions which look as one-sided and [1], representing to that at least two to the reasons:

  • in a system absolutely different companies at which sales cycle can strongly differ can work. From simple sale of goods with instant payment, to the months-long project with several stages of payments and shipments. A specific place is held by transactions with subscriber services

  • the fact of the transaction, than its complexity and duration is often important for a funnel of sales and the selling manager. The fact (moment) of fixing of the fact that the transaction took place in each company is defined individually. It can be the moment of signing of the contract, arrival of the first payment, arrival of the last payment, signing of acts and so on.

Trying to find the acceptable solution for bigger number of users, developers implemented the new mechanism of submission of transactions.

In the new version of the Transactions system are separated into two types: Simple transactions and Difficult transactions.

The simple transaction is a transaction which opens and closed for one session, i.e. payments and shipment of goods/services happen at once.

The difficult transaction is the transaction stretched in time. It can pass in several stages (planned, in work, won, failure). Also here it is possible to create and control a plan of payments and executions (shipment) of works, to attach files and to control receipt of the closing documents.

Submission of the transaction in a card is completely redone.

Part of information blocks is hidden and appears only if in them there is a need. Now the card of the transaction opens over the list of transactions that allows to browse information on the transaction without leaving the list and without resetting the preset filters.

2014: Desktop is added

On January 10, 2014 the Sinercom company announced emergence in December updating of On-CRM.ru of "desktop".

Functionality of updating

On this "table" it is possible to place multi-colored stickers, and on them information requiring attention. There is an opportunity to change the size, color, a form and location of stickers, as well as the size, style of a font.

The draft copy of the letter to the client motivating a slogan or some reminder also will be located on product "desktop". If it is required to select any task from the current list, then the card of a task can also be placed on "desktop". The business card of the partner or contact person, with details for communication. Directly from the business card it is possible to pass to editing a task, the partner or contact person.

Developers hoped for future demand of this innovation.
