The Kuratye poultry farm since 2007 manages a full stroke of production of chicken meat from cultivation of egg before delivery of finished goods and semi-finished products to the buyer using the solution on the TURBO platform. On April 21, 2020 LANIT reported about it.

Need of improving competitiveness in saturated market of producers of food requires use not only best quality raw materials, but also modern and reliable information management tools. Automation of the separate directions of accounting using self-written programs on Kuratye poultry farm ceased to serve as adequate support to business - the end-to-end system of management supporting all production process - from cultivation of egg before delivery of finished goods to the buyer was required.

The factory for April, 2020 locates two incubators on different platforms in which about 2 million chickens are monthly grown up. On each batch it is necessary to trace performance, to control the weight and quantity of a bird, an expense of forages at each stage of sagination, to analyze efficiency of use of any given purchased breed, to calculate product cost. As optimal means the TURBO platform was selected.

In TURBO all complex of business processes of poultry farm where purchases, a cultivation farm, production (face), production of finished goods and semi-finished products, packing, a broadcast on a warehouse, a shipment warehouse, transport logistics and waybills, accounting of returns, accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, budgeting, treasury, fixed asset accounting, maintaining the loan portfolio, sale, planning of requests for production entered is implemented.

A system supports maintaining process charts on egg, allows to consider monthly an additional weight and kormodn, to trace standards for a case, defects, productivity, planned write-off of forages. At each stage of cultivation the total weight of chickens and average weight of one chicken is visible. On each batch the act of development forms, and for each type of finished goods the hotel compounding is conducted.

Support of a full range of management accounting allows to watch in a system product cost by the nomenclature, production costs and planned cost, reports and turnovers on group of goods. The solution supports accounting of an agricultural tax and is integrated with the system of state control in the field of food production "Mercury".

Users of a system is the staff of all divisions, from sales department to shift foremen and transport logisticians. With assistance of TURBO the factory monthly ships more than 2,000 tons of finished goods to 600 partners.
