2020: Consolidation of contact centers of group on a single technology platform
On April 23, 2020 the Otkrytiye bank announced that contact centers of group were joint on a single technology platform. In particular, at the time of the publication of this material the Otkrytiye bank completes the project of consolidation of 10 platforms of telephony and chats of the companies of group based on single solution of Genesys. Contact centers of Otkrytiye bank (including Ex-B&N Bank) are already transferred to SK "Rosgosstrakh" and NPF Otkrytiye to a single platform. Read more here.
