CRM system "KOMPAS: Marketing and management" is developed by KOMPAS company. KOMPAS, and together with the software of third-party developers is operated both as a part of the ERP system.

A system includes the following categories of functionality:

On October 18, 2018 the St. Petersburg company "KOMPAS" announced release of the next version of the CRM system of the same name, differing in the advanced interface of the system and the mobile applications connected with it.

In the CRM system there is a possibility of creation of the periodic tasks which are automatically generated with other values of dates with the specified frequency (once a day, week, month, year). The CRM system functioning on computers of a local network is connected with two types of mobile applications.

First, each task created in a system gets to the user calendar tied to its Google Account. It is possible to use any such calendar, but use of the application of Planner-BP gives essential additional benefits.

2017: "Compass: Marketing and management" received expanded functions of communication with mobile applications

The Kompas company prepares for release the new version of the CRM system "Kompas: Marketing and management", including expanded functions of communication with different mobile applications.

As you know, the return option of communication (reflection of the changes made in mobile application in the CRM system) in the September version was possible only in case of joint work with the mobile scheduler of BP-Planner entering CompasBP product line.

In the new version which beta testing is complete in the first of July a feedback is possible with any application (web or mobile) supporting synchronization with a cloud service of Google. In mobile application it is possible to change date, the name, the task description, the text of pop-up reminders and the status of a task. All information will be right there reflected in the database of an organizer of the CRM system "the Compass: Marketing and management".

In addition to described above, the new version of the CRM system includes communication with the mobile application of BP-Chat entering CompasBP product line.

Being in the CRM system organizer, clicking of the toolbar button it is possible to create discussion (a group conversation) of a task on which the cursor is installed. On all smartphones of the employees connected with a task the application of BP-Chat working running the Android operating system, iOS or Windows automatically is started and there discussion with the name of a task and the aforesaid participant list (The author Responsible and Contractors) is created.

Further it is possible to come into already created conversation both from the application of BP-Chat, and from the CRM system — clicking of the same button.

Now mobile application of BP-Chat prepares for placement in shop Google Play and Apple itunes.

2016: Release "Compass: Marketing and management"

On September 9, 2016 the Compass company announced release of the version of the CRM system "the Compass: Marketing and management".

The scheduler of tasks as a part of the CRM system is synchronized with all mobile applications like "calendar" working with a cloud service of Google running any operating system.

As soon as the task appears in the CRM system organizer, in the calendars set on all smartphones of the employees specified in the list of contractors immediately information of the task description, date, time, the place of accomplishment and duration of a task appears. In addition, in mobile applications instantly are reflected all change in the description and/or a status of a task.

In case of any mobile calendar synchronization has one-sided character (from the CRM system – in mobile application), when using the mobile scheduler of BP-Planner entering CompasBP product line also the return option works: all changes of information on a task brought in the scheduler instantly are reflected in the database of the CRM system.
