2020: Start a blockchain - payment systems on the person for shops and cafe

At the end of April, 2020 LG CNS started a blockchain payment system with is recognizable persons. At first the technology earned in own table company to estimate its efficiency and advantages.

Innovation uses specially intended AI device with a possibility of face recognition. According to LG CNS, the device identifies the employee, and then automatically registers payment using previously registered currency of community.

According to LG CNS, all system uses cloud computing. The purpose of service — to make payments more convenient and to reduce unnecessary contacts which will profitable distinguish new service from the similar systems, such as use of mobile QR codes or smart tags. Meanwhile the blockchain system passes tests within which one reader and one rack in office cafe is used, however LG CNS is already going to expand service and to cover as the bigger number of the restaurants and shops servicing the staff of the company is possible.

LG CNS will also continue to test artificial intelligence technologies, cloud computing and a blockchain system for development of new services. So, in February, 2020 the company developed service of face recognition in the headquarters in Seoul, and in the headquarters of LG CNS the new control system of gate which the company hopes to offer the clients finally is used.

According to LG CNS, the used AI systems of the company also take temperature of employees and monitor observance of rules of social distancing against the background of COVID-19 pandemic. The company also develops the platform of distribution of products on the basis of a blockchain to provide to consumers exact information on that from where products come to local school cafeterias.[1]
