2020: Announcement of the solution on automation of providing credit vacation

The Diasoft company announced on April 24, 2020 release of the complete specialized solution which will allow banks to fulfill the requirements of Federal law No. 106-FZ. The law provides a possibility of providing deferred settlement of the credits to citizens of the Russian Federation in case of deterioration in their financial position owing to the crisis situation which developed in connection with a pandemic of a coronavirus and introduction of high alert in the territory of Russia.

According to law No. 106-FZ of 4/3/2020 in which features of change of terms of the contract of a loan make a reservation banks should provide to clients from among individuals or to subjects of MSP credit vacation, i.e. a payment deferral under agreements of loans. With respect thereto banks should solve a number of new problems, in particular, upon the demand of the borrower to add to the agreement credit vacation with change of the diagram of planned payments, reversal of overdue payments, canceling of penalties, the subsequent accounting of early repayments, etc.
