Automation of process management is a core competency of PiterSoft company. In 2007 a BPM system "PiterSoft was put on the market: Process management". The product continues to be improved, accumulating the most modern technology new products. In 10 years more than 300 enterprises became clients, more than 20,000 jobs on technology of process management were in total automated. The product is included into the training program more than 10 leaders of higher education institutions of Russia.

BPM system "PiterSoft: Process management" is applied in such industries as construction production, power, mechanical engineering, instrument making, real estate administration, wholesale, agriculture, transport services, etc.

PiterSoft: Process management — the product of the class BPM (Business-Process Management Solution) on the 1C Platform intended for business process automation of the organization (process management) and also creation of an electronic document management system and process management of interaction between divisions on the basis of the system of indicators of KPI."

The product represents the tool for automation of process management through which at first there is a business process modeling from beginning to end, and then the sequence of steps set by model is automatically executed. After process is started, the product automatically controls business performance, relying on values of the actual indicators of business processes and comparing them to reference. The set of process and accounting ratios is the head's tool for the analysis of actual state of the enterprise  — KPI (key performance indicators). The concept on which the product "PiterSoft is based: Process management", assumes not only achievement of increase in efficiency of the current management system, but also an usovershenstovaniye of bases of management. The product is developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.1, and certified by the sign "1C: Compatible!". "PiterSoft: Process management" can work in one base with any software product on the 1C Platform: 8.1.

Functionality

Functionality of the program "PiterSoft: Process management" allows:

  • Make the formalized description of processes. Each process is described in the form of the sequence of tasks, or works which employees (contractors) need to execute. Tuning is performed visually, in the form of the scheme or a process model. The scheme includes cycles, conditions by which a system will determine the direction of the movement of process (route), sections of side-by-side or consecutive execution of tasks, communications between processes. The appearance of tasks, volume of the displayed information and rule of its change is projected, contractors and terms of accomplishment are defined.

  • Start processes on accomplishment. Start of process can be initiated by both the user, and any event (for example, document posting of a certain type), or approach of a certain timepoint. On the basis of the configured templates of processes copies of processes within which to contractors tasks are set are created. A system notifies employees on emergence of new tasks, warns contractors and responsible persons about approach of term of accomplishment of a task. Employees, having executed order, enter the necessary accompanying information which after accomplishment of a task becomes available to other participants of process at once in a task. In addition to normal tasks during process processings  — automatic actions over system objects, for example, the creating new documents and filling them on the basis of data from process can be executed.

  • Control the course of accomplishment of processes. Using reports the head can find out at any moment at what stage there is accomplishment of this or that task in what status there is a document interesting him, to collect statistics of accomplishment of tasks for different time frames, to define what tasks and what employees were not executed in time.

  • Define individual sets of the statuses reflecting their status for any documents of a system and manage the statuses at accomplishment of actions over documents.

  • Analyze information on accomplishment of processes and on the basis of analysis results to optimize processes of the organization.

  • Set planned and calculate the actual indicators defining efficiency of activity of the company. Can be initial data for calculation as information accumulated when passing processes and data from the accounting system with which the software product is combined. Also indicators can be used for automatic detection of a route of process.

2015: Integration Process management and 1C: Document Flow 8

On September 22, 2015 it became known of integration of software solutions "1C: Document Flow 8" and "PiterSoft: Process management".

Work on the software solution Elena Mullina - the employee carried out PiterSoft, according to the standard procedure, according to requirements of 1C.

Users of 1C: Document Flow 8 had an opportunity in addition to the standard functions "1C: Document Flow 8", to use "PiterSoft: Process management" via the usual interface "1C: Document Flow 8": elements for work with business processes are added.


Changes in a system:

  • the software solution uses one database that allows to avoid failures upon transition from one program to another.
  • to users and administrators of 1C: Document Flow 8 the implemented functions "PiterSoft: Process management" additional conveniences give the expanded tool for business process optimization of the enterprise, and:
    • processes in 1C: Document Flow 8 can be configured in an evident type, without the assistance of programmers now.
    • heads and curators can find out at any moment at what stage there is accomplishment of this or that business process and also to analyze, both a status of documents standard means of 1C: Document Flow 8, and accomplishment of processes at the enterprise with the help "PiterSoft: Process management".

2017

Main opportunities and features of the program:

  • Creation of the scheme of business process in a graphic type;

Configuration "PiterSoft: Process management" is original, but not independent, it is necessary to have the set 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform in the normal and managed modes for its work.

The configuration can be used both for creation of separate information base, and for expansion of functionality of any application solution on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform.

The product is protected and has the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
