2020: Updating of the Vizier system

On May 14, 2020 CST group (enters an ecosystem of Sberbank) announced implementation of the transaction on updating and service of the existing system of video identification of persons Vizier on objects of transport infrastructure in the Republic of Mordovia.

The system of biometric video identification equips key objects of transport infrastructure of Saransk and Ruzaevka: airport, railway and bus stations. On perimeter of zones of transport data security of objects video cameras are installed. A biometric system allows to perform recognition and identification of the persons passing through control boundaries in the automatic mode, providing, thus, verification of presence of persons in special databases, to identify offenders. Besides, the Vizier system allows to build and unload reports, to fix places of the increased accumulation of people and to make decisions for increase in comfort of passengers on the basis of this information.

This system was implemented in the region in 2016-2018 within the Safe City project. Bezopasny gorod agrarian and industrial Complex assumes implementation based on municipal entities of the end-to-end information system providing forecasting, monitoring, warning and liquidation of possible security risks of the population.

The technologies of biometric identification created by our colleagues from group of CST are the advanced developments of world level, speaks the managing director of the Mordovian Sberbank branch Anna Saleeva.

One of global trends of the market of security — development and large-scale implementing solutions based on artificial intelligence and neural networks, awareness of advantages of implementation of the biometric systems of face recognition as effective instrument of security. The system of face recognition Vizier from group of CST of the first in Russia received the key certificate of conformity according to Government decree No. 969, is integrated with a number of the certified systems of survey video surveillance and effectively ensures safety and comfort on 24 transport objects through the whole country, including — in the Republic of Mordovia.
