Several Robots appear in the project.

1) Robots on integration from AS of FZD

The solved problem: UEC-UEPA PJSC is a part State of corporation "Rostec". Rostec corporation for the purpose of the centralized control of purchasing activity and management financial of flows obliged all the subsidiaries to keep step-by-step account of performance of agreements in information system EXPERT FZD.

PJSC UEC-UEPA keeps account of performance of agreements in the accounting system based on Lexema and curators of agreements had to enter data on step-by-step performance of agreements and to place primary documents in two systems. The volume of the processed primary documents is about 3,000 pieces a month.

What is done by the robot?

ASSORTED FZD needs to enter information on execution of a stage of the agreement created in a single batch and completely confirmed with the accountant.

It means that financial and economic operation should be performed in the accounting system, and the invoice is compared with the relevant Act of the performed works, Bidding-12 or other primary document. The robot controls execution of these conditions and only after their simultaneous accomplishment starts the next step - assorted data entry of FZD.

Further, the robot, emitting actions of the user, opens AS of FZD, finds in a system the relevant agreement, the completed phase and enters the main details of a stage - the Amount, the VAT, places the scan images of primary documents on this stage.

Result

Absence at curators of agreements and accountants of double work Implementation of a series of robots allowed to avoid double work at more than 100 users and released their time for accomplishment of more intellectual tasks

2) Robots on integration with Infor ERP LN

What is done by the Robot?

The robot is a single window on processing of the arriving incoming documents for the cost accounting on raw materials, materials and the entering services. The robot processes data according to problems of corporate systems and carries already processed information on systems in Infor ERP LN (Baan) - a production system of PJSC UEC-UEPA and AS of FZD - a corporate system of Rostec state corporation.

Result

Lack of a double vvvod of data and need "kryzhit" data in two systems Robotization allows to reduce several times time for data transfer in a holding system and exempts production workers from double work.
